Hi all! Does anyone know a corporate / start up lawyer who is available to review an SHA and Articles of Association relating to a Seed Round? Even if not available pre-Christmas, I’d still be interested to receive recommendations, as we will need to find one for first / second week January to help close the round then instead.

Yes! 3rd Thursday of the month, you can actually book for the next month already if you can’t do it for the December one. On the eventbrite link you’ll see the dates for the next 4 events.

Hi all, we’re planning to run a pilot this summer for our team challenge concept, while offering the participants a chance to gain experience with design thinking, share skills to support an impact organisation, and have fun working with a team of inspiring individuals.
