Hello, is there anyone here who would be willing to give me some advice and tips and share experience on when and how to split startup founder equity? I have reached another validation point and found someone I believe good for the team, but wants equal share. while I have no problem with sharing, i dont want to be ’stuck’ in the future, want to ensure the startup is founder proof and attractive for investors. I am thinking for the future…. So would be great to hear from someone who has either invested in startups or has experience with this. Even bad experience would be a great learning example for me.
