Great article Silvia, really well written. Much better to adjust things as you go than wait until everything is perfect. Doing nothing is seldom the right thing to do…to revert to my Army training, if you are getting shot at don’t stand still, try moving right, if you things get worse try moving left!

I agree, it’s so important to tell the story of where you’re going and how you got this far. Draws in the potential fan club and more importantly helps formulate thoughts to plan the next stage. Although I haven’t managed it myself this did inspire me to jot some notes down for the first draft!
