Back in the day I was actually a corporate trainer and most of the courses were dry and fairly predictable. I think my most fulfilling courses may be the ones to come, as I am seriously thinking about this in 2022. To answer your question, I did co-design and deliver an interviewing skills workshop (all interviews not just recruitment) for senior mangers (who of course know it all?!!), which was very tricky at the beginning when we introduced the element of video and plenary feedback from video.…

There are so many avenues of advice and you can certainly learn from my mistakes! I can see it from both sides too as an investor and having had to raise. Hi Silvia Janska, indeed congratulations!
It’s not my expertise to actually get investment with/for you but preparing your software and business (e.g. processes, documentation, etc.) for investment is directly in my space (which then maximises your chances and the amount you might be able to get). In addition, having a plan & roadmap, so knowing what do do with investment and then ensuring that the technology and team move towards that is something I also have experience with.

2021 has been an incredible journey of stepping outside of my comfort zone and continuously rejecting the safety net of the 9 to 5 job, the latter has taken more willpower than I have ever been required to summon! Grateful for the introduction to the TPC community – you all continue to inspire, encourage this transition and looking forward to being more involved in 2022 and build on these budding relationships and friendships! (updates in coming weeks!)
