Today was our first ever collaborative networking event – and it definitely won’t be our last 🎉

To me, adaptability is about having the wisdom or confidence to know when it’s OK to change direction when something blocks your path.

Indeed, rather then ”road-mapping” I like to talk about ”path-finding” … finding a pathway through, around, over or under, no matter what.

I think being agile and adaptable means being open to surprises and change. Life doesn’t always go as planned, and for someone like me, who schedules and plots out everything, that can be hard. That’s why adaptability is such an important skill to have!
