Who has experience with hiring someone to ”build” a website — i.e., to take the draft site I created in Squarespace and turn it into a functional site? (It doesn’t need to be Squarespace as long as the look and feel is similar.) It’s a single page, about six laptop screens long — i.e., it all fits on six PPT slides. What would the cost be?

Tim Walters, Ph.D. I would post it as a job on Upwork and would say a few £100 and someone could do that with what you’ve got. Maybe £500-600 for someone who’s going to go over and above

Hi Dhaval — Thanks for the offer. I’m not ready yet, but so you know, the draft site is currently a single scroll-down page. All of the content fits on five PPT slides. I might add a an sample work section (with white papers and videos) and/or a blog section as well.

I’ve started to listen to a lot more podcasts again, and I finally got to listen to Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead series last week. The episode with Simon Sinek is such a stand out for me – so I thought I’d share it here!

If anyone listens to this, let me know. I’ve of course now ordered more of Simon’s books because of this!
Thanks @jane.o.sullivan-uk for the inspiration to swap music for podcasts!

Hi everyone
is anyone interested in a barter trade – life coaching vs. (social media) marketing / graphics design? I am looking for someone who can help me with marketing and design for one of my heart projects (breaking the mental health taboo in my Vietnamese culture, i.e. a global movement for more Vietnamese wellbeing (https://www.instagram.com/vietnamwellbeing/)). In return, I am offering free life coaching being a qualified professional coach with corporate experience
(s. more here: https://www.vietlinhle.com/coaching) thank you so much, hope there will be a match in this awesome community!! 🙂

I hope it’s OK to post here. I’m the Founder of the Forces Wives Challenge (FWC) which is a social enterprise that unites women with partners in the armed forces through adventure and challenge.
Our next event is on Sat 27 Feb and it is open to EVERYONE. It is called the Forgotten ‘C’ in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. COVID has had a heartbreaking effect on cancer treatment with Macmillan estimating that it has resulted in over 50,000 missed diagnoses – this event is our small way of ensuring cancer does not become the Forgotten ‘C’ of the pandemic.
