Given that many of you will at some point be thinking around equity shares, share options, EMI schemes etc., I thought I would share this very helpful and informative report. Clearly Vestd are keen to differentiate from their competitors, but even past the pitch there is a lot of very useful info here. I have no relationship with this company and just on their mail list.

Thanks both. I’ve advised for GLG a few times and here are my takes. 1. It works. Contrary to expectations, most clients tend to understand and respect confidentiality boundaries (a minority does not, and you may have to stand your ground). 2. actual conversion rates are low, at least for me – maybe one project in 6. Considering the time it takes to apply each time, I only do it when not busy. 3. It works best not to actually answer questions, as many companies will stop there, but …

Hi everyone – I am looking for a good international copyright lawyer for a client I am working with at the moment. Want to see if we can protect IP as far as possible as patent is not an option. Can anyone help with an introduction? Even better if it is a TPC member. Happy Easter.
